We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a rapidly growing consumer products company, for a Marketplace Coordinator to join their remote e-commerce team.

The Marketplace Coordinator manages Amazon PPC campaigns and product listings, ensuring optimized ad spend, improved product visibility, and accurate inventory tracking. This role takes over and improves existing PPC campaigns, eliminating ineffective ads, refining targeting, and launching new campaigns to maximize ROI. While strategy is co-owned with the E-Commerce Team Lead, this role fully owns PPC execution and performance management.

The role also optimizes product listings with SEO-driven titles, descriptions, and images to improve conversions. The Marketplace Coordinator monitors inventory and works with logistics to maintain stock levels but does not handle logistics directly. Additionally, they track customer feedback, identifying product issues and coordinating with customer service to resolve listing-related concerns. This junior-level role is ideal for a data-driven, detail-oriented candidate eager to grow in marketplace management, digital advertising, and e-commerce analytics. Candidates with Amazon PPC experience from an agency, internship, or personal projects are preferred. A CPG background is not required.

The Marketplace Coordinator is responsible for managing Amazon PPC campaigns, optimizing product listings, and ensuring smooth marketplace operations. Key responsibilities include:


Amazon PPC & Advertising Management

  • Campaign Execution: Take over existing PPC campaigns and refine them by improving ad targeting, eliminating underperforming ads, and launching new campaigns.
  • Budget Management: Monitor and adjust advertising budgets, bids, and keywords based on performance.
  • Performance Analysis: Identify and improve underperforming campaigns to maximize ad efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work with the e-commerce team lead to align PPC efforts with broader business goals.


Amazon Seller Central Management

  • Product Listings: Regularly update and optimize product listings by refining descriptions, titles, images, and keywords to improve rankings and conversion rates.
  • Account Health Monitoring: Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and resolve listing or performance issues.
  • Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing and trends to refine marketplace strategy.
  • Pricing & Promotions: Recommend pricing strategies, with final decisions made by the digital team.


Inventory & Order Fulfillment Coordination

  • Stock Monitoring: Track inventory levels to ensure proper replenishment.
  • Logistics Coordination: Work with the logistics team to prevent stockouts and manage supply chain efficiency.


Customer Service Collaboration

  • Feedback Monitoring: Monitor customer inquiries and feedback on Amazon to identify recurring product issues or listing concerns.
  • Collaboration: Work with the customer service team to resolve listing-related questions but does not directly handle customer support.


Analytics & Reporting

  • Performance Tracking: Use Amazon Seller Central, Google Analytics (GA4), and ad reporting tools to evaluate campaign success.
  • Data Insights: Generate reports on advertising impact, sales trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Optimization Strategies: Recommend data-driven improvements to product listings and ad strategies.


Toolset

The ideal candidate will have experience working with:
  • Amazon Seller Central & PPC Advertising: Managing Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and DSP campaigns.
  • Google Analytics (GA4) & Amazon Advertising Console: Measuring e-commerce performance.
  • E-commerce SEO & Listing Optimization Tools: Improving product visibility.
  • Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams): For data analysis and reporting.
  • Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar Amazon research tools: Understanding keyword trends and market positioning.


Education & Experience

  • 1-3 years of experience in Amazon Seller Central and PPC campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon advertising tools (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP).
  • Analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Helium 10, or similar tools.
  • Experience optimizing product listings and SEO for improved search rankings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation
