Position Overview
Do you have the superpower of organization, the gift of getting things done, and a knack for making chaos disappear? If so, OptimaHR wants you! This is exactly what we do for our clients(and more). We're on the lookout for an Executive Assistant to join our team. As the Executive Assistant, you'll be pivotal in ensuring our internal and external operations run like a well-oiled machine.
Your responsibilities will include managing emails and schedules, attending meetings, social media management, customer service excellence, research, and project management support.
Key Responsibilities
- Master email management and schedule coordination.
- Attend meetings, take impeccable notes, and follow up diligently.
- Enhance our social media presence.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and team members.
- Conduct research and support various projects.
- Assist with project management tasks.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Highly proficient in QuickBooks Online and Dext.
- Highly proficient in different softwares and we work with many if all types of industries.
- Strong understanding of employee experience; an HR background is an excellent asset.
- Ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations.
- Possess critical thinking skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Superior time management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe, Google Suite and Microsoft Office products is essential.
- Comfortable working remotely and managing a flexible schedule.
- Detail-oriented and committed to delivering top-notch work.
